Whether we are creating a documentary, a feature film, or a creative short of our own design Charles River Media Group pushes the envelope of production design, technique, quality, and story. We are passionate about creating and fostering creative filmmaking of all genres.
One of our current creative projects is the feature length film Marranos, set during the Spanish Inquisition. Marranos tells the story of Jews who converted to Christianity for the sake of survival, while secretly continuing to practice their faith. The film centers on one Marrano family trying to keep their beliefs alive in a world where nothing is exactly what it seems and where reality can fall apart in an instant, without warning.
