About Us

Charles River Media Group was created by Don Schechter in 2004. Don recognized that many other talented freelancers in video production, animation, voice over, and other media fields were working independently. CRMG was formed to help bring skilled media producers together under one organization. In just a few short years, Charles River Media Group has flourished, working for clients throughout the United States and abroad. CRMG has an administrative staff in Brookline, MA that supports its contractors in the field.

Our clients include corporations, non-profit and educational institutions, as well as individuals. In 2007, our clients included New Balance, About.com/The N.Y. Times, Houghton Mifflin, Cone Inc., Metacafe, Tufts and Harvard Universities, Argosy Publishing, The State of Massachusetts, and many more. In 2008, Charles River Media Group will see increased use of our High Definition capabilities throughout the country.
